I'm two weeks into the new job and life has become a little busier with a three day stay in London and a day in Manchester so far. I'm settling in, I guess, and people are being friendly and helpful. Finding my way around the campus and knowing/remembering who to go to for what is challenging. Unfortunately, there are endless places to go for coffee and snacks and I've discovered a source of delicious cherry scones which is bad news in terms of my "Must stop eating rubbish" resolution. Oh well, there's always next week.
Today is my Gorgeous Girlie's birthday so cupcakes are definitely on the menu. I've been messing about creative all morning and here are the (very) glittery fruits of my labours.
I love the little sugar flip flops. And all the sparkle (which you can't really see in the photographs).
